We are extremely disappointed in Red Hut Diner. I understand supply chain issues and inflation, but I just paid $40 for a small side salad, a completely naked turkey burger and a sad tuna melt. In the past when I have ordered a turkey burger without fries the burger comes with lettuce, tomato and onion with coleslaw and pickle on the side. Apparently, due to changes in the menu, unless you order a deluxe with fries you only get a burger on bun and nothing else. The tuna melt looked like it was only buttered with tuna and covered with a slice of cheese. The bread was untoasted (requested toasted) and soggy. First world problems, I know. But, when you only go out once a week because you're trying to save money, and that meal is this disappointing it's very frustrating. We spoke to the manager who said that the person who took our order should have asked us if we wanted "extras". Maybe that would have helped with the burger, but there's no excuse for the tuna melt. Sorry Red Hut, you lost a customer. I miss the Alexis Diner...

I just left there and I ordered the prime rib OMG 😳 I should have stayed home. It turned out to be the worst steak I’ve ever had, how can you mess up prime rib SMH. I was not my first choice but my two other choices had imitation crab meat in it YUCK. What have some restaurants come to. I will only go there for breakfast moving forward. The best part of my meal was the kind and friendly waitress. SUPER DISAPPOINTED ☹️

The classic basic dinner with modern decor. The food is on the normal side so don’t go in thinking you’re getting the best pancakes of your life, It’s more of a quick bite place. It’s a diner so there’s plenty of options to choose from. The service is ok, it seems like they can use more youthful staff members. Fries are good!!!

Really good diner experience. Went here to do some school work and I was amazed with the amount of food I got. Also my server Jen was incredible and super attentive which I appreciated!
