Past experience has been good. Today I'm considering taking my business elsewhere. I needed a suit altered (Mr Mac brand) and so I had it dry cleaned. Dry cleaner returned it with another suit in the same bag. I removed the bag and left the suit to be altered on the dry cleaner hangers but in my closet for a month or so until I had a free moment to take it in. The salesman would not take the suit unless it had come "straight from the dry cleaner." I explained my situation but they wouldn't budge. He discouraged me from getting it altered and made no attempt to help or to measure or in any way start the process or let me know if it could be done. Just nope. It has to come straight from the dry cleaner. No stops. No removal of bags. No waiting until you have time to get there. No help. No real sympathy at all. I don't like to go places that make me feel like I'm unclean, stupid, neglectful, etc.

Always a great experience when I come here. The staff is always so eager to help and find what you need. I always am glad to not have things pushed on me that I don't need. I have bought shirts, suits, and ties here and it's always good products at a good price.

Mr Mac and staff have always been kind to us and treated us like friends. I've bought my suits here or downtown for decades. Today I brought my sons. They worked with us on our requests and tried to make sure we were pleased with our purchase and the boys felt good in their suits. They have a good variety of suits, shirts, ties, and more. We'll keep going back!
