This review is long over due. This is the first time I am doing any type of review online, but I'm doing it for my mother who wants to thank the staff. Even though she has mild dementia, she felt at home with friends and family. That was the type of care she received at Springtree. The nursing staff was wonderful, caring, and compassionate. It was a difficult decision leaving my mother in the care of others, but within a week the nursing staff went above and beyond to reassure me, and seeing my mom happy was more than I hoped for. They listened, acknowledged all my concerns, and they were patient with me. I would like to take this opportunity to give a special thanks to the night nursing supervisor: Myriam (thank you for your guidance and exceptional care you gave to my mom), Carol CNA, Katia CNA, Alexia CNA day shift ( you guys rock, you have a good hearts and it showed in your care, thank you for keeping her safe). To all of you that I did not mention sorry, but you all are wonderful. Thank you, for the outstanding quality care that you provided for her.

My wife's grandma was a patient many years ago and she was very happy there. Now her daughter , my mother in law, was just admitted for a short stay. The place is spotless, clean smelling and has a wonderful staff. I especially have to give a shout out to Ricardo, the very competent and caring nurse who helped us understand how my mother in law was being treated and all the necessary follow up care and insurance coverage she was entitled to. I would have given it 5 stars if their rooms were larger and they had more activities for their patients to do throughout the day.
