How sad is it that so many people give this place bad reviews and the unbearable bad service continues. I know I’m wasting my time with this, but I’m just writing for those who are planning to go here soon. Be prepared to be abused by that guy “Mike”. The rudest man! It’s not the first time and the first few times I attributed it to him probably having a bad day. Well, as it turns out, this man is always rude. Always!!!! God forbid I asked a question, he would respond in a way not consistent with that of a person who is aware he gets paid to provide a service. Just be prepared!

Second time that they don't open the store, I was waiting until 11:40. the schedule said that they open at 11:00am and the customer service is not the best in this store.

Just ok. It does what you need it to do. However, store feels a bit disorganized and in need of resupply.

Laziest workers ever. Sat there saying they’re not open when the post office opened 15 minutes ago. They also close early because they feel like it. I couldn’t even drop off my packages because I was going to be late to work.

Cost is determined based on weight (25 lbs.), dimensions of the outside of your package and distance of shipping (11211 to 33417) Go to USPS.com, select "calculate a price", then enter all the info about your package. They will show you a list of all the services that are available and cost for each service. Since your pkg is 25 lbs., probably least expensive to use a Priority Mail flat rate box, but maybe parcel post is less, you need to look at their list to be sure.
Depends on the item, it's size and weight too. So you're going to need to go in to you're local post office and weigh the item to determine cost of shipping to the Cayman Island's.
