Terrible, Terrible, Terrible Service. We had a reservation, they did not have a car, had to wait over an hour to get it. Others in waiting area had same experience. Agent never apologized to any of us for the delay! Will never use them again!

We had the pleasure of working Amir. He was so friendly and professional getting us a car at the last minute on a Friday. Superb customer service, he explained everything. I would like to recommend to corporate that you hire more people. Amir was juggling phones, drop offs, returns all by himself, doing a great job, but that’s a lot for one person. Car was clean.
