This store never has any air conditioning …every time I have been in there for the past year! And it feels like they are blowing heat on a 100 degree day! Unfair to customers and especially employees who have to work there all day. I will never shop there again. I only went for my daughter.

Lately the store has gone down in quality. It is extremely hot, and I saw a lady not allowed to go into the changing room with her daughter, and was not even allowed to see how it looked. The employee was extremely rude, she was working the changing room. It's a shame, I love their items.

I had a really bad experience picking up my orders from online (I couldn't find anyone to get it for me from the back) but Kaylani and Zelda helped me so much and showed great professionalism and customer service skills.

super messy, very overly hot, and also I went to the fitting room with my little sister and wanting to get a bigger room for us the employee said no that room is for mommy and baby?… no big room is for family… I work in retail too so I know.. and then she knocked on the door saying that it’s only 1 person per room which I get but this is my little sister and I already told her that then she was like oh ok “you could’ve just told me that before and I would put you in a bigger room” BRUH I DID!!!
