Terrible customer service & time management - I’ve gone here with & without an appointment and they insist on doing fill & pedicure separately each time allowing multiple people to get their pedicures ahead of me , so by the time my hands are done I’m still left waiting to get my feet done… wasting hours of my time - I walked out for the last time today ✌🏼plenty of other places that are considerate about your time

For $96 dollars wasn’t worth it at all! Disappointed! Spent like 48 I think on the deluxe for my pedicure and the lady didn’t even clean in and on the sides of my toe nail’s. Didn’t take out ingrown nails. As for my full set the other lady decided to do what she wanted rather than what I was telling her. Total waste of money. Won’t return! I paid cheaper at other places for better service.

Tbh I been coming here for years but this last year 2022 has been terrible for me yesterday was my last time going I had the girl shape my nails 3 times and she still wasn't getting it how I wanted it she did her own color even tho I ask for nude I was just so upset I ended up leaving I was there for two hrs waiting and 30 mins of her just shaping my nails never again. Waist my cash there ........ I could have spend 65 dollers somewhere else I didn't ask for short nails so I don't know why she keeps making them short smh each nails was a different shape
