Placed an online order a few weeks back. Everything came professionally packaged. I think of the 20 snails I ordered only one didn’t make the trip. This is impressive considering it made it all the way to AZ. Super stoked will be using them for all of my invert needs

Just got our order last Thursday and followed the aclimation directions John provided. Every one we added to the tank has done awesome and we are soooo happy our new CuC hard at work. Customer service was great with fast email response! Definitely recommend for a great selection and awesome pricing.

No, sorry we only do saltwater aquariums. I do not know anyone who could help you unfortunately.
