They won't serve you even there are available tables :( POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Even though there were vacancies, we waited for 20 minutes and we were not allowed to be seated. When I asked twice, they said that the waiter received the party at a party, but the waiter didn't want to ignore us, and made me laugh.

Very terrible customer service. Very terrible service! I don't recommend everyone to come! Arrived at the restaurant around 12:50pm, and the server told us to waited for 5 mins so they can cleaned up the table. However, been waiting outside for 20 mins and no one is taking us to be seated and there are so many empty tables. The servers and managers are rude and literally should not be hired!! Obviously the restaurant has a seat, but it doesn't serve you or let you sit-.-

I liked the food. The hot pot was very hot which is good, but there wasn't a way to turn it down. My partner had them put it out which might be the better way to go as mine just kept smoking.

As of 2/8/2021: They only have a few tables available to for sit down (which is at the entrace of their store). I recommend getting there right when they open to make sure you get a seat. The tables are spaced far apart so you're not likely to eat near someone if you do dine-in.
