I went to pick up a food box for a friend. It turned out to be 2 boxes. One box of dairy & one box of other food. My friend has been enjoying the various foods in the box. The food was brought to my car and carefully placed in my back seat. Great service & good food.

I showed up during regular business hours and they refused to accept my donation of unopened boxes of diapers. They were 2 other cars looking at donating items that were also turned away. We told it was closed by a lady that opened the door. I should also mention there was two other people inside, but apparently they were closed and unwilling to accept donations. I guess they do good work based on other reviews. I will donate my time, money, and items to another institution and wish this organization the best.

No. We serve all of Fairfax county
Send someone is a proxy to pick it up call them ahead of time to make arrangements for that but if they're not a member they have to go and fill out the form call them to double-check

If you are speaking of a financial sheet explaining your current finances? You can get another one at the human welfare office at the Government Center and get a referral also which is required for services.
