Worst massage I’ve ever had, Not professional at all. It’s like they have never given a massage before. They made me pay before, probably so you don’t walk out during the massage. I wanted to walk out but I already paid :(

I very unpleased with my massage. I came from Chicago to get a post mothers day massage and it went horribly wrong. I wasn't asked what massage I wanted, I was told I had to pay upfront, and when I did say what I wanted, it was not done. I was covered by a towel, not a sheet. The pressure was never mixed up. It started with rough pressure. My back now is very tense and my muscles hurt. I am a certified massage therapist and this is unacceptable. I've never gave a bad review for a massage, but I guess there is a first for everything. I will not return when I am back in town.
