Great and fast service. I'd gotten a bike out of my mom's storage that looked to be in pretty good condition. I looked for a nearby bike shop and came across Alligator's. With all of the great reviews, I decided to give it a try. I stopped in one day to get an estimate to see if it were repairing or if I should just out right purchase a new bike. The estimate I received, I believed it be reasonable and left my bike there. I dropped it off on a Friday afternoon and it was ready by Tuesday. I certainly was not expecting to receive it before it had even been in the shop for a week. When I got my bike back (I mean it's mine now since I repaired it right?), it looked brand new. It was nicely polished and worked perfectly. Initially I couldn't even spin the wheel. I was actually able to get on it. Overall I am pleased with the service that I received.

Recently brought my bike in for a tune up and flat tire repair. They were very friendly and really seemed to know their business. They gave me an estimate and called me later in the day with recommendations. My bike was ready the next morning and was completed at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company. They also sell cycling shoes and accessories, as well as new and used bikes.
