If I could give zero stars, I would. This is literally the worst postal location I have ever dealt with. It is close to my home, so I try it again every so often. Every single time, they have one employee - who moves slower than molasses - and a line through the lobby and out the door. The line moves slow, so if you see it, just walk away and save your sanity. No other postal location is like this one. Whoever is running it should be fired.

Left my PS4 I ordered at the front door of my business on a Saturday morning, in the pouring rain, even though we are closed on the weekends. Good thing I checked tracking info or it would have probably been stolen or blown away by the time Monday rolled around. This isn’t even mentioning that this was supposed to be delivered on Friday. I really don’t like to leave bad reviews because I know the postmen/women work hard but this really struck a nerve.

no because I can drive to Potter county where I used to live in 5 hours and it takes 5 days to get up to Potter county sometimes so you don't know what you're talkin about I'm averaging five to seven days so maybe you shouldn't put answers in you don't know about have you ever been to Cincinnati have a what postal hub is that letter coming from from Hatfield is it going to Philadelphia Williamsport or Buffalo were the major hubs are can you let me know about that first??
You need to make a complaint on the carrier.. But good luck you need to stay on the phone 45 mins. or try to go to the web site they will tell you about on the phone..Try CALLING see WHAT HAPPENS????!!!!
