I’ve never been so afraid that my package will never be seen again. Poor guy behind the counter looks like he didn’t know where anything went forward the packages were supposed to go. He also just seem completely confused. Honestly it was a terrifying experience. I don’t expect my packages to make it where I sent them. But I’ve already paid for them and left. Praying they make it. If your the owner and you read this please help the employees here they need some training.

The postal service is atrocious. My child had to miss school to go to a set appointment that I had to set 2 months in advance. I also had to miss work as well as my wife to get here. Even though my appointment was at 10:00 I have been waiting here since 9:45 and still haven’t been attended to now being 10:45. Completely unacceptable.

So happy to see the new location open. It’s beautiful to see all the PO Box’s transferred to the new home. It’s nice to see the old faces with a facelift. I love that there are gift cards you can purchase too. It’s beautiful and clean. Thank you glad to see the 33082 comeback.

Would give this place negative (-10) stars if that was possible. They have misplaced 3 packages in the past year and had no good explanation. They seem to try to resolve the situation but they are just plagued with incompetence.

Your best bet is in person, once in person request a case number or investigation if that's why you're calling and name of whom you spoke with

The rental fee depends on the size of the box. I suggest looking in the lobby to see what size meets your needs, then going to the office which is open til 7:00 pm to see cost which is posted. Access to post office boxes is 24/7.
Unfortunately chances of being help over the phone, are low. Any question or concern, it is better to address it in person.
