today 4/13/22 Unfriendly and Unaccommodating staff. They need a training on customer service specially the man. Not a smile on their faces. They don’t seem happy to have a this job. They need to look for another

I know, I know… “nobody answers the phones” & you didn’t receive your important package, etc… BUT I have mailed at least 150 packages here during “Covid” & the folks that work this store are ALWAYS NICE. Additionally, after posting, every item has arrived to its destination timely. Not once has an employee been short-tempered or rude to me, not once (not the same at Davie). I mail A LOT of packages so I greatly appreciate that the staff is kind & helpful. (Sometimes just getting here is hassle enough with all the crazy drivers out there.) I really didn’t want to go drop off this am as I had injections & head is pounding… Rocky behind the counter was very accommodating so I’m showing the love for my favorite post office (yes, I did, I said “favorite” & post office in the same sentence). And, no, I don’t feel this way about them all (there’s a one-man operation in Dania that’s an absolute dump; seriously). Anyway, serving the general public is trying… Keep up the good work Pembroke Pines!! I am a fan. 💯🙏🏻

Post office suppose to be open at 8:30 and it’s 8:46am going into 9am with a long line outside and still not open people knocking on the door because we hear employees but no answer then Nobody ever answers the phone people have to go to work my boyfriend asked them they said they open at 9am but I called customer service they told 8:30am and the sign says it as well
