For starters... the managers have a strict policy for parking. You get one parking and a visitors. If you have a visitor over they are not permitted to leave there car over night. The security tip off the tow trucks and get commission for calling them to tow cars. They say they have laundry units available but never do maintenance and are almost always broken or functioning poorly. During hurricane season which is prominent in Florida. Your obligated to put up shutters or plywood yourselves. They control the water. Which they turn off whenever they want when they do maintenance and don’t let the renters or apartment owners know. They are money hungry. And aren’t very conscientious with the people who work hard to live here. The owner of las brisas is also the owner of the condominium in the front and runs it the same way. If I could avoid this place I would. Good luck.

This place is horrible management is really bad maintenance people always making noise the parking is horrible I've been living here for a year and currently looking for another place DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE
