Very efficient. The check in gal is extremely joyful. The tech was very professional and pleasant and efficient. The only negative I can give is the office needs a major renovation in decor next-door in the x-ray waiting room. Four of the lights were out and nails were protruding from the wall in the walls were painted extremely dark brown. It needs a complete makeover

The front staff was great. The tech not do much. I felt like he was more interested in completing about the company than caring about getting a good scan. He started and completed my scan before my scheduled appointment time. When I asked how we make sure the isotopes were through my system so we got good scans since it was before my prep time was up. He said it wasn’t his job. Now I’m really concerned that these scans maybe useless and my copay was a lot and my insurance isn’t going to pay to repeat it. Very disappointing.

From the receptionist to the technician, such a great experience! No one wants to have to be in that office, only due to that meaning you have a medical need, but if you do have a need to be there you’d rather it be with the staff that work within that office. Everyone was very informative and the technician was a fun person to be around during the procedure. I appreciate all that I came across. Thank you

All of the staff have always been very professional and helpful. I appreciate the ease of making an appointment, I've never felt I was being rushed to end a call if I had questions about tests I need to have. I experienced a fluke anxiety attack when I went for a routine MRI, I've never had one before, I was very embarrassed, however the technicians were very understanding and empathetic, they understood how PTSD can at times be triggered by the simplest of things. I was able to reschedule, making sure I had a driver so I could use my anxiety medication. When I arrived the staff were all very helpful, and kind. They are such a great group of professionals that kept things positive and lighthearted. Makes it easier for those of us who are managing various health issues.

Depends on location but I don't believe so.
unfortunately you need an appointment. However, we do have 4 SoCal locations so we can be pretty accommodating. Also, you need a doctor's order. Give us a call we can try to help over the phone🙂
