The ladies up front do great work with the patients they are very informative and seem to be pretty happy and in good moods which is a plus cuz they can calm you down which is needed for sure especially when your going through your own personnel issues, that bring the reason your there in the first place. Then there's the ones who take it a little further then bring in good moods and trying to keep you calm these people are the technicians. The great ones who leave you feeling better way better after you are done and walk out of there. So I certainly do appreciate the entire team does at this facility for sure. From the time you walk in to the time you exit their lobby door . Thank you Temecula imaging for being there for me and all the other patients.

Staff members at the front desk were very easy to work with very friendly and very approachable. Staff members in the back working with MRI I felt very comfortable they welcomed you into their workspace very friendly they explained everything to you they make going into the MRI device very safe. I will definitely go back to this place if I ever need any type of x-rays MRIs or other types of health reasons devices. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family if they ever need this type of assistance.

Was immediately and efficiently attended to when I arrived for a PET scan. Was escorted to nuclear medicine right away. The professional technicians expertly applied my injections (no pain) and made me feel comfortable as I waited for the ‘donut.’ They were friendly, personable and knowledgeable at every step. I’m being treated for cancer, so I’m afraid most of the time, but today’s technicians put me at ease and they communicated with me as a person and not as a sick patient. I appreciated today’s staff. Thank you.

Aside from the very cold reception received at check in, it was a great experience. The MRI Tech was very kind and informative. He let me know how long I’d be in the tube and checked on me half way through and gave me the remaining time. He had a helper and she was super nice and helpful too. I really appreciate folks who work with the public and maintain a positive attitude. It is the face of the company they work for and what patients need and remember. As far as the receptionist, I greeted her with a good morning, but she wasn’t in any mood for that and didn’t respond. She asked for ID etc., and never once smiled or said please or thank you, only sat there with a sour face. Not a good way to start the day especially when it’s so easy to be kind to others AND the people coming to you are sick or in pain. Who knows, maybe she’s got something stressful going on, but we all do. Still, I really appreciate the folks who helped me and since I live a few blocks away, I’ll be back. Thank you.

It all depends on what test you are having.
There is a Hampton Inn just down the street from the imaging place on Hancock Avenue. It is brand new. That would be ideal as it is so close.
