Does the Medical Center Drive typically schedule check in time 1 hour and 15 minute prior to appointment time? I had an appt at 11:15 A.M. After waiting 30 minutes, I was told my check in time was 11:15, but my appt time is 12:30. Is this standard?

As a previous patient I was asked to check in 15 minutes prior to my appointment. I was seen right on time.
