There are plenty of parking spots on the side of the building as well as a big dirt lot which I believe you can park in but also I believe there is parking right on the street big enough for a rig

It's Walmart, they pride themselves on cheap prices. Customer service is certainly not their strong suit here, especially at this location. You'll probably have better luck talking to someone at the Hemet Walmart honestly. Good luck!

This is a busy time of the morning. All stores are busy 9:45 to 1pm. Also, the customer standing in front of you has more priority than a ringing phone. Also, you can order online and do a store pick up. (That's how I avoid these situations.) The app also tells you what is in stock at the store.
