CALLING ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT IN ANY WALMART OFFERS U VERY LOW ODDS OF EVER TALKING TO AN ACTUAL PERSON. HOWEVER I WILL SAY THAT THIS LOCATION IS ONE OF MANY THAT FROM TIME TO TIME IT COULD REALLY HAPPEN SINCE THEY R ONE OF VERY FEW THAT DOES. ESPECIALLY IF UR NOT CALLING CLOSE TO THAT SECTION OF THE STORES CLOSING TIME.

I waited 30 min for a can of gravel spray paint..chasing employees no body had the key to the glass case.it was pretty pathetic the way that mart operates.

Call again and remind them that you already waited 40 minutes and will show up to get answers.
