Apparently not. I'm having the same experience.
No one ever answered, and when you tell them they say it's because it's busy. Like no, I been there while the phone is ringing and they just don't answer it.
Success! They answered the phone! Then promptly hung up in my face soon as I said hello. Maybe their phone is just for show.
