You can play if you are under 18 i believe i did as a kid all the time. An adult has to claim the winnings though
It depends on how many cards you'd like to play. Being a beginner you should be able to play a 9-on which has 9 small squares with 25 numbers on it. Depends on the game, you then mark the numbers that are called and if your card makes the game first then you yell bingo and you win the prize for that game. Your cost of the game each half would be around 20 dollars. So for a fun night out, less than 50 dollars, and a chance to make more money!
