This is an organization in which men and women truly focus on helping one another with getting healthy through proper eating, optimism, excellent lifestyle changes, and weight management. It does this in interesting and fun ways. This club is inexpensive and provides the added bonus of making close friends. Our particular club chapter actually pays us back when we are succeeding well. Highly recommended!
