Great place. Awesome instructor, whether you’re a beginner or advanced, the instructor teaches the class to the students at their skill level. No feeling of being intimidated if it’s your first time. Great atmosphere, family friendly. Beware of the Karen’s though that take up the parking spots that are reserved for the Dojo when asked politely to move their car. They can start harassing the parents that are watching their kids trained. I’m pretty sure that’s the same that give a one star review. I hope you post the videos.

Ever want to kick a loved one in the head and not suffer repercussions?...look no further! Amazing owner who has developed an extremely welcoming environment. I was terrified the first day I showed up but quickly felt at home. Training is available for all skill levels (I literally had NEVER thrown a punch in my life) so no need to worry about experience. I can continue to shower them with praises but for the sake of brevity, be confident in knowing that this place is a 10 out of 10 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

This place is wonderful. We took our two young boys and it was so much more than I had expected. Not only is it great getting the boys moving but they are learning discipline, confidence , respect, and many valuable life lessons. I feel like they are really developing character along with strength. I’m 30 years old and decided to take lessons as well. This is my first experience with martial arts and even though it’s a lot of work I still look forward to our next lesson. Mario and Bridgette really work with our schedule. The price is fair and the quality of training is exceptional. The facility and equipment are clean and in good condition. So glad we found Quinones Muay Thai. I strongly recommend- Mario is an expert instructor.

Best place to take your kids for training. Many lessons are taught here and learn much more than condition. Kids grow a great relationship with trainer, Mario. My husband has been training with him for years and now we are so excited to have our kids attend soon! Highly recommend this place and love it!
