Successfully diagnosed and repaired my custom build. I think he's honest and very capable. Turns out I had a SW boot problem. Restored my computer right to where it was when it kept looping the boot up. No need to reload everything. I will use him if I have any future problems.

I needed to replace my touchscreen on my laptop. It was completed in 2 days and the customer service was excellent from the beginning to the end. My son in law says if he ever needs repair work, he plans to come here as well.

I took my laptop to Phase 4 for a Keyboard replacement and to remove the adware that I desperately tried to get rid off myself to no avail. I was very happy with the price I was quoted and the time frame I was given. The price turned out to be exactly what I was told and the repair time was exactly as I was told as well. Phase 4 did a wonderful job and I will be bringing my desktop/gaming pc in as well as any future problems I have.
