The place is great, they do good work, and the ladies in the front office are very sweet. I have seen some bad reviews here, but those are isolated Instances in my opinion. They do good work if not they would not touch my car.

Let me tell you this is definitely a ONE STOP SHOP!!!! Got rims, tires, lugs, locking nuts, alignment, and more importantly a great and professional experience which is what Miami lacks in other shops. This employees, all of them truly love what they do and it shows. They promised what they delivered and then some. Didn't even know they did more than just rims and tires. Will definitely be coming back for more upgrades and maintenance. Thank You MIAMI BEST WHEELS!!!!! Been in the market for some time for some wheels an tires. Doing the typical research online hitting the so called cheaper sites looking for rims first. The problem is that you really don't get to see what will look like on your vehicle. Passed by last week on a whim to see what they had in their showroom. Expected a few rims and a big catalog. Well I was wrong. Wall to wall rims, Giant showroom, tires and accessories. a little intimidated because a Showroom like this I expected to be costly and the folks very knowledgeable, and I am what you call a novice. Well here goes nothing asked about the price for the rim li liked and the fun began. Was asked what type of offset did I want. I swallowed my pride and asked what's an offset. With out a blink, without a snicker, very serious and very PROFESSIONAL, Osvaldo explained it it layman terms. That made a huge difference. He asked simple yet effective questions like what look was I going for and what car did I have. He made his recommendations and I asked the price. Never did he pressure me, never did I feel like I should make a decision right then and there. TRUE PROFESSIONALS!! Well the price was fair in long run and cheaper than what I thought after I put true analysis behind the purchase. What was the analysis very simple read below. A little more than what I expected but then again what did I really expect. Order on line get them shipped, order tires somewhere else get those shipped. Do I ship them to my home, do I ship them to a shop? Then what pay for the mounting the balancing. Then got to another shop for thew alignment? Oh almost forgot order new lug nuts and locking nuts? get those shipped. What if the tire is faulty? What if the rim is scratched? Will the shop care? While they notify me? Will it be too late? Will there be delays? This all ran thru my head and when I priced it all out it was cheaper and less stress at MIAMI BETS WHEELS!!!

This places has the worst customer service. Not only did they damage my original wheels by mounting the my new tires on my old rims instead of the new ones I had purchased from them and then over tightening the lug nuts back on the the car with an impact wrench instead of using a torque wrench to spec; now needing to do god knows what to fix there mistake and ruined my old rims not enabling me to resell them. Then they had the audacity to say it was not there fault even though they did the incorrect job to begin with. I would not go to these people for anything car related. I wish I could put a zero star rating and will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Osvaldo and his staff are true professionals, they have done six of my cars and I posted a few pics. They have an ability to understand my vision and help make it reality. They leave no detail overlooked and are obsessed with perfection. I look forward to buying new vehicles to see what how they can make them "Miami's Best!".
