Its July, 2022. No matter what your landlord or agent says, that rooftop pool is not opening for another 2+ years. The ground floor pool is pretty much unusable because of the strangers looking at you from the metro line. So you are left without a pool in Miami, Florida... There are similar priced units in other downtown buildings with usable pools and you should rent there, trust me.

I only Put One star because I had too This is soley because of Nerva the front desk person as all the other reviews point out she gives a terrible black eye to this otherwise very good staff why they do not take action to replace her is anyones guess

The Application process and the fees .. This place is not just fill out the application and look at a unit then you pay first & security and then move in the next couple days.. No, No, not so simple. You go online and find a rental that's for rent .. try finding a unit that dealing with the unit owner not a realtor !! You need: At least 3 weeks to 1 month for approval . 720+ Fico Score, Employment, bank statements and references & NO prior evictions .. NO criminal records, The following charges that must be paid upfront before even being approved by the association at Loft2: $200.00 application fee - $100.00 fee to schedule your time slot for the elevator, which is limited - and only can be booked AFTER you attend the new tenant orientation meeting .. Then a personal check of $500.00 to "hold" incase your moving in causes any damages to the property. $50.00 realtor fee (this should not have been charged because the owner of the rental unit already pays a huge commission fee to the real estate company .. Do Not pay this .. it's double dipping!!

I've lived here 1-1/2 years so far. It's a pretty good place. The units are technically "lofts" without any dividing walls inside, but there are separated closets (my main closet is enormous). The bathroom is also quite large. The kitchens are open & modern. The balconies are tiny, really just for getting fresh air or having any guests smoke outside. Perhaps the best aspect is a great pool & gym on the top floor (36th?) that provides you a FABULOUS view of Miami, Biscayne Bay & Miami Beach. Lofts II is really centrally located, there is a CVS, Walgreens, Chase Bank, Bank of America and many others within 2-3 blocks. The primary downside is there is no in-building parking, we have access to a City of Miami garage a few steps away from the main entrance, where the top 3 floors are blocked off only for Lofts residents, you get a key fob when you move in. If you've ever lived in downtowns of big cities, you know parking is a luxury, so in that context it is fine. I'm used to it, it is only an inconvenience 3-4 times per year if I'm loaded with stuff and caught in a major downpour.

There is no parking or valet located within the building. The building has an agreement with a parking garage across the street, each unit has a spot.
Not noisy at all Impact windows shield outside noise
