Mr. Martínez was rude and inattentive as well as proceeding to having favoritism with certain customers over others. I was there for a simple battery swap for a battery that I had purchased 4 days prior and came defective. After waiting in line for 20 minutes he proceeded to use both registers in order to attend a customer which had already taken quite a while and was indecisive in what he wanted. After trying to discuss what I needed from him while he fumbled around he told me that I would have to wait on him due to him being the only able person to perform the return despite 3 workers being in the store at the time. Then he processed to tell me to calm down while he danced and sung to the music in the background mumbling his displeasure about my rudeness. I have been coming here for years because this store was open when everything west of 147 was woods. I will NEVER come back and will express this to all my garage heads that I know Napa, New Jersey auto parts very good alternatives. This place has gone to the gutter along with the rest of the shopping mall. Mr Alpha on the other hand u can tell is very well rounded and curtious fyi once I was attended it took a whole 30 sec.

Worse customer service in the world, my mom went to buy a battery and the young guy who was attending has a bad mood and he treated my mom in a very hostile way because she was confused about the year of the car!
