I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich combo and got a hair that's not mine cause my hair is a dark red and the sandwich has extra mayo I tried calling I don't know if someone picked up cause the call was silent

The chicken was fresh and under cooked. That's why I prefer to cook my own food. So sad in the morning going to get a refund.

I can barely afford to go out these days with the cost of gas, inflation, and everything else. On my way home from work today I decided I’d treat myself to a 2 can dine tenders meal and a chicken sandwich. I ordered through the app for pickup inside the restaurant. I couldn’t check the order because it was tied up so tight and a ton of tape around it. I get home I had everything but the tenders, but in place of the tenders I had 6 biscuits in a box that I didn’t order. This is absolutely ridiculous in these tough times! Please get it together and check the orders.

Order placed at 8:30 p.m. for pickup. Arrived to pick up the order about 10 minutes later. The restaurant is locked. The staff is not allowing anybody in. There are orders piling up on the counter. Obviously I park and get out of my car to pick up the order in the dining room (as directed when I placed my order), and probably half a dozen more cars pull into the drove-thru in the meantime. Have to wait over 45 minutes in line in the drive-thru to pickup the order. Order cold by the time I pick it up. Oh, and let's not forget that I was shorted two pieces of chicken on a 10-piece, and the regular size red beans and rice that I ordered extra was literally only five bites of red beans and rice. Five bites of beans and rice for $3.49?! Just generally, what is wrong with y'all?
