Came in with a broken phone and left with an excellent deal and a new phone! Matt and Justin were incredibly helpful and patient during the appointment despite my phone’s false touch going out of control. Apart from all the awesome information they gave me, they were also super friendly. Always great customer service when I come here!

What they don’t tell you when you make your appointment is you have to make multiple appointments for each item you have a problem with. So let’s say do you have a joint problem between your laptop iPad and phone you have to make three separate appointments one for each electronic. It’s very complicated they don’t have one person that handles it. They only set aside 15 minutes to handle your problem per person. Apple used to have such better service. The whole reason I by Apple is for this service. My screen had a problem and it was damaged from water. However it was reacting to my touch and I knew my codes and how to get into things without actually seeing the screen properly. I asked them if they could just go ahead and replace the screen I was willing to pay for it so that I could see and then download everything off easily. They said no they could not replace the screen since it was water damage for no amount of money. I asked them if they could hook it up to one of their laptops so we could use that screen to see the information and then upload it to iCloud so I could download it onto my new phone purchase. No they couldn’t do that either. So what they couldn’t do I went home and figured out on my own with YouTube and Google and was able to do that. If they don’t have good service any longer available I might just switched to the cheaper android.

Great Apple Store. Always packed, but that’s expected at every Apple Store. This is my choice out of the three close to my area. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. Store is always clean and organized. Appointments are seen quickly and staff stays with you until issue is solved.

Today me and my sister went to the apple store with our appointment made to fix our transfer photo problem with her iPhone 8+. The wonderfully, knowledge Alyssa did a fantastic job in assistants and technical support. Much recommend to her personality and a much restore in apple products.

They open at 10am. Go there by 9:30-9:45am...staff will be outside to take your questions and set up an appointment. They'll email, text or call you. Youll get service as soon as they're open. Go later and you'll have a long wait.

Right now because of their covid restrictions, one of my last appointments (2 weeks ago) I still had to wait. But an appointment is the way to go. Call the store directly to make the appointment.
About 7 stores from the west entrance e-9 to be exact

Probably a 30 min drive. The port is a mile south of downtown. The Galleria is a couple of miles North. So about five miles of downtown traffic. You can also get there via A1A on the beach but that's probably slower.

Good luck. You make appointments on line. They have walk in but only if they can squeeze you in.
The authorized Apple repair facility in Fort Lauderdale has much better walk in and appointments set up.
