Man, this place is the best. They fixed my screen a few days ago, and I kept having a issue with it just going black. I took it back, expecting to have to fight and argue because I had no receipt. The gentleman took my phone, no questions asked, and replaced the entire screen and screen protector free of charge. He also explained that I had a 90 day warranty and if I had any issues, to bring it right back. So hard to find good customer service these days. Salute!!!

I would have rated them a 2.5 if it were possible. Allow me to try to be as detailed and honest as possible. I dealt with the owner, Gilberto. The service was top rate. At least, that's what I initially thought. They do great phone repairs. I drove all the way across town to visit this store due to the Google Reviews I read online. He told me he would fix my phone for $40. Gilberto was able to unbrick my phone. I was so happy that I bought my son a phone as well. Before purchasing the phone I told him I wanted Metro PCS service and asked if there was an activation fee. He ensured me that there wasn't. A few moments later, he set up my sons phone and I purchased a pretty expensive Otter Box case for it. Here's where things go haywire. I looked at my receipt and saw the following: He charged me $45 instead of $40 for my phone repair. He gave my son some service I've never heard of called "Simply Mobile." Then he charged a $40 activation fee as well as $25 for the little card required to connect the service. To add insult to injury, as my 9 year old son and I sat in the store setting up his new phone, another customer came in to purchase a Galaxy that they were trying to brandish off as new, but it was actually refurbished. The customer called him out on it and the price then dropped $100 to the price she said her boyfriend received over the phone. He also sold her the same case I purchased for $15 less. The one good thing I can say is that Gilberto is nice. My son broke the case that same night and Gilberto gave him another one for free the next day. But he will definitely rip you off.
