Bad customer service, poor public relations service. They hire young people that don't care if you shop there or not . This is what I was told to me in my face . I spend about 2000.00 to 3000.00 a month in tools and other things. No, more will never buy there again.

1st. time since this store opened that i have had a sales person be so kind, courteous, and patient to my questions,, needs, and explanations. Michael of the Miami Gardens store was that person. Mind you I have had some serious issues with some of your products but this gentleman has been nothing but superb the several other times I have visited. They charged me $158 for my generator oil change. I went to the store in pompano and it was $60. It’s pretty sad that these days they still take advantage of female customers. They charged me $100 more and had me there waiting like four hours in the back. I will never recommend this store to anyone.
