This afternoon I arrived to the location to purchase 6 LG Tone Free earbuds. The manager Brian went into the back and said that 4 of the 6 were on hold for an online order and I could only purchase 2. These items are no longer available on AT&T’s website to be purchased via online order, so he was dishonest. Customers looking to purchase items should be given the opportunity and not presented with intentional false information. From a manager customers should expect and be treated better.
