Employees are really misleading charged me 50$ more on my bill for sending me a free 30 day gateway trial and gave me a runaround when I comeback to store to return device.

Please read all!! These guys are great. Don’t pay attention to any of these idiots bad mouthing this store. Keep in mind you got to a store or a dealer when you have a problem you need solved. If your problem is Beyond the store capability it’s not their fault and you should not give them a bad review. Just because you did not resolve it you need to call the 800 number. Don’t be an karen or a Kent. It’s not the stores fault you are broke as f@@k or have no credit. Be a man or a woman “ THERE ARE NO OTHER GENDERS” and find a solution the problem. Problems are ways RO learn and move forward. Love the entire crew at this store.

Friday the 18th of March. Was actually the day i left Verizon because of a Manager and his disrespectful acts while i was explaining my issues. It got to the point where another associate had to defuse the situation and get in between and pull me to the side because the Manager on that shift during 10am-11:30am was very aggressive literally for a simple matter of an issue on how to actually renew my Federal/Government discount. As the other floor representative pulled me aside, the Manager then continued to follow both of us very hostile to the point where i actually felt like i did not belong. Even after i asked the Manager to stop following me that i wish not to continue to talk to him. So the Manager decided to be combative and tell me “this is my store i can walk the floor as i wish and follow anyone i want. Till this day i was not helped. I would actually like to escalate this matter. Im not resting this case or letting it go un attended. For that being said. I have left the company that same day. Just be careful in this store guys. Thats all im saying.

By far the worst experience ever and l'm not even a Verizon member. I got there at 11:30 am to switch from T-mobile to them and by 12:55 the customer Reps had taken care of 2 other customers that came in after me and still not taken care of me. These guys at this location chit chat and laugh more instead of taking care of the customers... Rude and Unprofessional UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!
