I would avoid t mobile at the Brickell location. I tried switching from another carrier and it was a nightmare. There wasnt 1 person who knew all the costs and procedure for switching so numerous staffers had to be involved, each with a different opinion of what to do. At the last minute, they tell you about activation fees not previously disclosed (a common bait and switch practice). At the end, after two days and 4.5 hours, we left and our phone numbers were switched. This will require another 4 hours to fix. Go elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.

I can honestly say that my experience with JOHAN, the manager was the WORST experience any person could ever have. Not only did he make me CRY but he spoke to me in an rude, aggressive and sarcastic manner!!! In other words I could say that I was verbally harassed. Not to mention he refused to help me on an issue that was going on for the past four days. He not only refused to help me, but he also called me his “sweet heart” and “my love”, while touching my shoulders. I had just met him and maybe spoke to him for LESS THAN FIVE minutes!!! I NEVER gave him the right or the intimacy to talk to me this way. I FELT ABUSED! To be clear, everyone, the entire staff at this T-Mobile store was well-coming, kind, helpful. The only exception is the MONSTROSITY of the so called manager, JOHAN who should definitely not be dealing with service and customers. Ps. Devante was by far the most helpful of all!!!!

I just purchased my brand new iPhone 13 Max with Tania after losing my phone, she was really helpful and knowledgeable. I came Into the store thinking I was going to pay a certain amount and she said we’ll see what’s the best we can do for you. A really stressful time losing my phone but she made the purchase quick & easy and even informed I had insurance in my old phone so I’m also able to replace it. I highly recommend her as a salesperson a lot of times they take advantage but she was really genuine. I left sooo happy with my new phone & also knowing I did not lose my other phone completely. This is my to go to T-Mobile after having her and will definitely recommend friends.

I don't work at sprint but I can tell you that they don't sell phone parts ie. Screens, batteries, charging ports.
