Gidelis was amazing with us! I came to this store at 7pm with my father.. a First Responder. She made the commitment to help us even when it took longer than it should’ve especially with all the issues she encountered. She made everything a positive experience for us while still being pressure by her coworkers since it was past closing time. She worked diligently and made it happen. We appreciated that. She was the main reason why we will keep coming to AT&T , regardless of service , quality customer care was the most positive in our interaction that made GiGi stand out amongst the other reps.
