Couldn’t have been nicer. Drive an older car that needed power steering fluid. Power steering pump is at bottom of engine next to firewall in a traverse mounted V-6. Technician was able to get the cap off of pump without disassembling anything. Got burnt in the process and refused a tip. In fact no charge at all. Great customer service. Just the way all customer service should be. Thanks for helping an old guy out.
