The store is neat and well maintained but much improvement in customers service is needed. I got the impression that the personnel feels they are doing you a favor by saling you the store merchandise. They couldn't find my "pick up package". They looked for it to quickly. They told me to call the costumer service. Then I insisted to look for it again and they found it. To use the store bathroom was another issue. Mostly they want me to go to the nearby store restroom telling me the bathroom was occupied. But I told I am going to wait and it was empty.

Always a terrible experience when I visit this location. Customer service and care is nonexistent. I was one of two customers in the store. No one was around for assistance. When I did go to check out there were two women at the registers. One told me to wait for her associate, she’d just be just a minute. One minute turned into many as she counted each coin and all the cash as slow as could be. I asked if she could ring me up, I was paying with card. She didn’t even look up and said she had to finish. Understood. She seemed annoyed that I even asked. She finished, closed the register, opened it again, took out the tray, and started counting the same money over again without any regard for me, a pregnant woman with a toddler in tow, standing there waiting. I left my things on the counter and wished her a good day. Honestly, each time I have gone in there I have been treated in some way the same. The workers, mostly women when I go, have no sense of customer service or treating their (mostly mothers and pregnant) customers with consideration. Very upsetting. Also, this location has a weird return policy that you will want to avoid, especially if you are getting a gift for someone. I had to return some things from my baby shower, which I had gift receipts for, and they gave me a hard time and only offered me store credit on the current value (which was not worth even returning at that point).

It’s easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. However, you cannot return your items Curbside, you must come into the store. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.

Employees sanitize their hands after each customer interaction and wear a mask during the entire process of fulfilling your order. When the associate brings your order to your car, they will place your order in the trunk or backseat to comply with social distancing.
