Mixed messaging all the time. I received good service for the most part when I'm there in person but if I try to get anything prearrange over the phone, all I get is mixed information. in a 5 day window I received two separate answers for the same request. It seems like the employees and bankers are much more willing to help than the managers. It will be great if they can have the staff train the managers.Thank you for your feedback.
