Went here twice within the last month. The first time we were walking by the door and an associate came out and started screaming at us because the dining room was closed. Ended up getting back in the car making the trip over to Culver’s. Regardless of your restaurants policies with COVID-19, there’s absolutely no reason to scream at a customer. I wasn’t sure either if the dining room was open and if I was told nicely about the policy, I would’ve stayed and went through the drive thru because I understand. The second time I went here, we went through the drive thru. The attendant had an attitude. We waited about 10 minutes for two orders. I would’ve understood if we weren’t the only customers in the drive thru. The fries were cold. The food was good otherwise but I’d rather just make the trip to Culver’s because the service is better and food is good quality.
