I am only leaving 1 star because there are no ways to put negatives or zeros. THATS HOW AWFUL THIS PLACE IS. We had previously discovered this RV park in early 2021. Our stay was perfect! We decided to book again the summer of 2022. Our stay the 2nd time will be the last. I am not sure what has transpired in such a short period of time for us to have had a horrible experience. We arrived at the RV park and they had a "3rd party" check us in that had no clue about the park. We got to our site with a class A 34ft RV and the power source was broken and we were only pulling 14amps of power. We tried calling the # on the paper and no one would pick up, even after leaving several messages. We had to run power on our generator in the dead of summer and discovered the pool was empty trying to cool our kids down. Not once was it communicated that the pool would be empty. We never successfully got in touch with anyone live and ended up shortening our visit and left. They still charged us full fee and did not work with us on our concerns nor seemed to care. I will never return here again.

It is pretty but I expected more from a luxury resort. Everyone speaks French here so it may not be comfortable for English speaking Americans. The surrounding area of Margate is very shady. I would not walk outside the gate at night. Not really sure why they have a gate. They let everyone in. I will not come back.

Been at Aztec for a month now, very nice resort, amenities are kept up nice. Yes about 60% of the Resort is French/Canadian but everyone we have visited with have been friendly. The area outside the resort is just fine we fill safe night or day on or off the resort. Every Friday night the English speaking group gets together for Happy Hour, Thursday the entire park has Happy Hour with entertainment. I would say negative comments/reviews are extremely critical people as we have not seen any of the issue people had in prior reviews. Glad that we made the choice to try the place out… no regrets!

The resort was very well maintained however the rental sites were not as nice. The trees were a bit over grown and needed trimming as to not scratch your rig. I expected better customer service from a high class rv resort. When we arrived the guard just handed us a packet and said find your site. The entry was small and as you try to check in everyone is trying to get their cars around you. Not really planed out well no real place to un hook. About 80% of the people we from Canada and most speak French. People not that friendly. They seem to cater to the owners even though you are paying a lot to rent a slab..

Fully open and no damage from we can tell as of Jan 2018
You must call to ask. Prices vary by season. Location of the lot in the park and if it has a tiki hut. I have seen at $ 1200 with tiki huts. But ideally, you should contact the office directly. Winter is high season and they are set aside months in advance
Yes
It was about 100.00 a night
Not really sure. The oldest model i saw was a 93 prevost. They must be Class A though, i believe.
Go see the site of Aztec RV Resort.com, the price per night is $ 95 and $ 109 plus tax
Bk Am, Wells Fargo. And a couple others right near entrance to Aztec.
Class A motorhomes only. $75 to $120 per night.
You are asking general google users. It would be better to call their sales office directly.
Hello Karol. If I understand correctly, you are asking if you can rent? Yes, it is possible to rent weekly or monthly depending on the availability of owners who wish to rent. I recommend that you contact Aztec directly for details. Have a good day. 🙂
