One of the best if not the best, the only issue is people with small vessels taking the limited parking spaces for bigger ones. There's plenty of space so we all can enjoyed

Really good place to launch small boats. It is actually a marine police station so your trailer and truck are safe 24/7. Fresh water is available so you can rinse down after or fill up before going out.

Well maintained ramp and as close to the inlet as you can get. However, as others have said, the trailer parking is horrible. Parking spots need to be angled or back-in parking needs to be allowed. Even with a small truck and trailer for 17' boat it's sketchy. I've seen folks backing in anyway, not sure if they ticket for that or not. Fortunately as a resident we have reduced parking rates but $4/hr for non-residents is very steep.

Great boat ramp to launch from i fish by myself but the parrrell parking is crazy if the parking slots were angled about 30 degrees everyone wouldn't back there trailers into others when trying to get out. Launch your boat and pull right in. And when backing out easy plenty of room.

yes
It is a public ramp. Pay for parking.
I heard a fisherman tell his friend "sunrise to sunset," but I'm not sure how reliable he might be.
About 1/4 to the south
Yes anything from a Kayak to a 32 foot Contender . Be careful of Lionfish under the Docks please... There has also been a Goliath Grouper caught from the VERY SAME dock weighing over 300 pounds. Safe parking 5 Star boat ramp...
