I just rented a new storage unit with Life Storage in Fort Lauderdale and my experience so far has been excellent! Candace helped me find and reserve the unit I needed the night before. The next day the manager Nicole helped me secure the unit quickly and concisely. Not only has my experience been incredibly easy so far but both Candace and Nicole are incredibly friendly and helpful.

First time using Life Storage - reserving available unit online was easy - came to firm up by hard date and pay, front desk attendant, Candace, was most pleasant to work with - it’s always refreshing to encounter people who take the time to smile and engage at their work - she was helpful, thorough and actually upsold me! Lol - I’m glad she showed me an alternative I do like better for only a few dollars more - it’s good for employers to know when they have good representatives for their business - she is one of them for sure:)
