I'm having a serious Love Affair with this place ...the raspberry pistachio scones are the best scone I ever had in the last 40 yrs ....I was hooked on Susinas in Fairfax Raspberry polenta scone but this one stole my heart...been coming 2x a week now ...great place great people ...try it you won't regret it ...coffee..baked goods food...excellent.

I came across this store casually and now find myself coming to Fashion Valley exclusively for tea! T2's got a wide variety of high quality loose leaf teas, as well as tea bags and very cute teaware. I've been shopping here for the past few months and I must say staff's always been friendly, very helpful and welcoming! What's also great is that they're very knowledgeable about tea and the store's products. I highly suggest subscribing to their Tea Society as they usually have really good promos and discounts.

Love this place! Last night was my second time in and Bella remembered me from my first visit. The other woman she worked with last night was great too but I didn't catch her name. This team definitely knows how to sell because you end up leaving with way more than you anticipated but I promise it is all worth it! You can tell how much they truly love the product and how passionate they all are. The amount of information and recommendations they have are incredible. Plus the brand itself has some really great values regarding sustainability and their workers overseas gathering the tea. Each flavor I have tried has been amazing, you can tell from the aroma before you even taste the tea how great it will be. I suggest starting off with a sampler pack first, that's what I did and it was a great introduction. I cannot wait to go back, I highly recommend joining the rewards program too because it turned out that I was able to get 10% off my purchase yesterday. This place is fun with knowledgeable and passionate staff and the product is top notch. The managers of this store should be proud of who they have hired and the environment they have created.

I love this place, but today had an uncomfortable experience due to constantly being referred to as a “lady.” :/ I am not a woman so that was weird, but other than that employee the staff is always so friendly! Def recommend to get some good tea blends. The French Earl Grey is my favorite.

All US orders are dispatched from our US warehouse within 3 business days, and are shipped with UPS.
