The VCS will always have a special place in my heart. When I first met the staff there who are remarkable I was homeless and I didn't have anywhere whether to meet them and no way to get to them. So they booked a room at the library all of a sudden I had a case coordinator, a housing coordinator and a veteran coordinator and they got started putting together all that I needed. For me it was something short of a miracle, where everybody else couldn't do nothing for me they did it for me.

In my life VCS SanDiego office is a life saver!!!I can't say thank you enough times. They are professional and caring. My case worker has been there in my darkest hour when I was facing homelessness. They are paying my rent and providing bus passes the two things required for safe and health life. I am disabled with advanced coronary artery disease and use a 4 wheel walker so I need a lot of help. VCS stepped in and through their help I have hope for my future.
