Refused to measure IPD for wife and child after receiving prescription in exam. Tried to pressure into sales and attempted to guilt into several related services not covered by Tricare.

Don't waste your time or money. They will charge you just to tell you your eye prescription hasn't changed.

I absolutley loved my experience!! Long story short, I went to a walmart two years prior to coming here and I was never able to use those glasses because they would give me terrible migraines and headaches. I even went back to them and told the optometrist and they changed my prescription and made it STRONGER! Mind you, that was my first pair of glasses so I didn't know any better. I came to see Mr.Fitzgerald and explained what happened after he did my exam. He fixed me right up with the right prescription and the area to get my glasses was very spot on and helpful as well! Havent had a head ache yet!! I'm gonna miss them when my husband gets restationed. Definitely recommended.

Questions & Answers

Do they have contacts?

Yes, they have contacts. Walked out with one month supply (one pair) for $95.00. We needed the script for contacts. It may be cheaper if you have script with you. Glasses are comparable to other optometry offices. Don't assume that they will be any cheaper here because of location.

Thus Tricare cover eye exam and glasses for beneficiaries....is it a walk-in basis?

It covers the exam but NOT the glasses. And I believe you need an appointment but they are pretty quick with appointments. You get one free exam a year as a beneficiary.

How long to fill new prescription for glasses?

Hello! I am employee here. Depending on your prescription and lens option, we can do some same day. If it's a more complicated prescription or lens option, it can take the more standard 7-10 business days.
