Moved to the Tri Cities a year ago. I moved right when my prescription was up, and desperately needed new contacts and to update my glasses. KVC got me in super quick. The doctor was absolutely amazing, he had me laughing and relaxed from the get go. I just went back for my second visit and it was honestly just as good as the first. I really adore the staff here. They are all so nice and great at making you feel comfortable. Not only that, the Doctor got everything right the first time. Great fit in my contacts. My new set of glasses fit perfectly, and are so comfortable. I have nothing but praise for this Vision Center, and I am glad I found it. Also, they took photos of the inside of my eye and let me look at them and take photos. How cool is that? The doctor explained all the photos to me, and what to look for. I honestly loved it.

The intake tech was a bit abrupt. Talked fast, I had to have her repeat most directives. She could be a lot more polite and respectful. Dr. Ayers was very helpful and I’m very pleased to have him as my Dr.

5 Stars for my visit here at Kennewick Vision Care. The staff is AMAZING from the minute you walk in. Will definitely be back for my eye care health. If you're looking for a eye care clinic that's efficient & professional this is the place to be!
