Just picked up my glasses today. They r very willing to listen to ur questions and help u. I recommend always making an appointment so they have u scheduled. Makes things a lot easier but they will accommodate the cases that need it. I live 80 miles out of town so they were very flexible on when to get fitted
I have glasses from them and the dont hurt my eyes
