When I spoke with Art he made me feel reassured that the technician coming out would be removing current chipped tub refinishing and redoing tub refinishing in it's entirety. But the technician only went over it and you can see chips underneath. When I called to have that part redone properly I was told it was no problem. That was almost two months ago. I'm disappointed and tired of broken promises for them to come out. I have called, text, left voicemails. Art responded to my text but no one has come out yet. He is actually the reason I waited to post this review because he has been very polite and professional. I just need the job done correctly. I don't feel I am asking for too much.

Had a job done in january… not even a week past and it was already peeling. I gave them a call and Been getting the run around ever since. numerous emails and calls no response. It is now august and the tub has gotten worse. Ive sent pictures and they jus keep giving me run around. Go somewhere else!

Today I had my tub resurfaced by All American Refinishing. Thomas and Terrell were the two professionals in charge of today’s service. I can only express TRUE PRAISE!! Not only were these two gentlemen professionals but, they were on-time, clean, kind, and above all extremely skilled in their craft! I am beyond pleased with how well my tub came out! I have already begun spreading the word about All American Refinishing!!

I had All American repair a nasty chip on a fairy new tub. All I had to do was send a picture of the repair for which I received a very reasonable quote. The tech came out and made the repair. Afterwards I could not detect where the chip was. Excellent job; excellent tech, Michael, and excellent Admin from Pete. Thanks to all.
